The purpose was to expand on a small 3 x a duplex and convert it to a 2 storey family home, overlooking the park and capitalising on its elevated location.

The challenge was to utilise the existing footprint to form the basis of the ground floor. Complete with main suite and open plan living to the ground floor and secondary bedrooms, study, and rumpus upstairs, the result was a north facing 4 x 2 home which captures sunlight throughout the year.
