Van Der Haus exists to bring your dream home vision to life with a streamlined, all-inclusive, and easy to understand process.

  • 1. Let's Meet

    I would love to get to know you and what you want and need from your home so that it suits you and your family’s lifestyle.

  • 2. Quote

    I’ll collate everything from our meeting and prepare a quote which is easy to follow and itemises everything required for council submission and beyond.

  • 3. Concept

    Concept drawings of your space will begin and be developed with your ongoing review. This stage is important, and may take time, as we work together to achieve your ultimate design.

  • 4. Design Development

    The drawings will be progressed for development approval and then building permit with all relevant and required information for council submission.

  • 5. Compliance & Permits

    Having formed strong relationships with councils and consultants we can handle all approval correspondence on your behalf, while keeping you informed and included in the process.

  • 6. Construction

    Communication and co-operation with you and your builder will ensure drawings are cohesive and comprehensive, ready for the construction process.
